Distributes traffic according to the percentage set for each provider. The distribution summary must reach 100% before it can be saved.
By department
Routes by business function. Each department has a unique code and is mapped to one or more providers, so teams can run on different gateways.
By request header code
Routes by a header code supplied in the API request. The calling application steers traffic to the mapped providers without any routing change on the platform side.
By template ID
Routes by template identifier. Each template is mapped to one or more providers and enabled with a status toggle before it takes part in routing.
OTP · Transactional · Promotional
Routes by message category. Each of the three service types is mapped to the providers suited to carry it, and a mapping can be copied to all types at once.
By telecom circle
Routes by telecom circle. Providers mapped to a circle carry the traffic originating from it, across the 23 circles the product ships with.
Performance-aware layer · in development
A performance-aware layer on top of the rule-based strategies. It already has its place under Routing Setup, next to Traffic Management, and is in active development. Until it ships, combinations cover every documented routing need.
Add any of the seven strategies to a named combination, then drag them into the execution sequence. The strategy at the top has the highest priority. Equify stops at the first match and uses Round Robin as the last resort.

Because every strategy maps to providers you register yourself, you can add a provider, migrate traffic gradually, honour contractual volume commitments, or pull a provider entirely — all from Traffic Management, with no code change on the calling application.
Regulated templates stay on approved providers, OTPs run on your fastest gateway, and promotional traffic goes to the most economical one — each governed by a rule, not a redeploy.
The Dashboard is the landing page of the platform — a live view of today's messaging activity, provider performance, system health and integrated applications. Analytics adds reports and log search, and Administration keeps the audit trail.
